Is The Item That I Want To Order Currently In Stock?
If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays that item will specify so, and a date will be listed when that item is expected back in stock. All other items should be considered in stock. GoinProSports.com carries over 100,000 items in stock and it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all of the products that we sell. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, backordered or no longer available, you will be notified by e-mail in a timely manner. How Quickly Will My Order Arrive?
The majority of our items are shipped to you within three to five business days. The estimated shipping window will be displayed with every item description. There are cases when items may take longer to ship. Again, that information will be stated clearly with each description. Your item will be shipped once it is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. If you have any questions regarding availability, or when your order is due to be shipped, or anything else pertaining to the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@goinprosports.com. How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We use all of the major carriers for shipping. Depending on the item, we give you the fastest and most affordable option. A handling time exists for every item that we sell. Typically, items that are shipped using standard ground service will reach you in five to ten business days. Please note, there is an additional charge for priority shipping, which will automatically be calculated when you check out. There are items that are not available for priority shipping. You will be notified by e-mail if this occurs.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to an address outside of North Carolina. Any orders shipped to a North Carolina address will be charged the current sales tax rate.

Shipping Policies And Restrictions
Presently, GoinProSports.com will only accept orders that will be shipped within the Continental United States. Some products are available to ship to P.O. Boxes, overseas and Canada. In these cases, you must consult with a representative first. Please e-mail us at sales@goinprosports.com. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

Return/Exchange Process And Policy
GoinProSports.com is 100% committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, less shipping and handling within thirty business days of receipt of the item(s). Some exceptions may apply. Please see below.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please understand that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by GoinProSports.com will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

GoinProSports.com will charge a 15% restocking fee if an item is returned without first receiving an Return Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives or if an item is returned to the incorrect address. So, before returning any items, please contact us at sales@goinprosports.com so we can provide you with the details on how to return or exchange the product.

Damaged items can be exchanged for the identical item only, a refund cannot be issued. In the event that the damaged item has been discontinued, the current version of that item will be substituted and shipped to you free of any additional shipping charges. Refunds will be issued in the same manner that the payment was made, less the shipping and handling cost.

Jerseys that have been personalized with lettering and or numbering are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Once the customization has begun on any jersey the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Custom orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable. This includes both custom jerseys and all jewelry items. Jewelry may not be returned or exchanged as they are all made to order.

Jerseys for players that have been traded are not returnable or exchangeable once that order has been shipped out.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from GoinProSports.com.

If you refuse an order only the price of the item or items on that order will be refunded. You will still be responsible for the shipping charges associated with that order.

Exchange Policy
